The SatoSugu Seasons Project preorders will be open between October 23 and November 24. Please follow our Twitter or Email us for the most up-to-date information. 

Moderators are not liable for any damage that might occur to your package during shipping.

We will not be collecting VAT (Value Added Tax), which means that EU buyers will be liable for any customs charges that may occur. We will not be providing refunds for undelivered items that are a result of failure to pay customs charges.

All packages will be shipped from the US.

We are unable to ship to the following countries at this time (if you buy a bundle to be shipped there, we will refund you and consider the order canceled): Ukraine, Belarus, Afghanistan, Bhutan, Brunei Darussalam, Chad, Cuba, Lao People's Democratic Republic, Libya, Mongolia, Samoa, South Sudan, Syrian Arab Republic, Timor-Leste, Turkmenistan, Yemen
